About Steganography

This tool lets you hide text inside an image using steganography and also recover any hidden message in a readable form. Steganography works by subtly embedding information—such as notes, codes, or identifiers—into image data without changing how the picture looks to the viewer. It’s widely used for privacy, digital watermarking, and discreet communication online. With a simple interface you can upload an image and type the message you want to encode, choose whether you want to conceal or reveal information, and instantly receive the processed result while keeping everything visually untouched.

Hide Message

To hide a secret message inside an image, type your text into the input box and then select an image using the "Choose Image" button. Once everything is ready, click "Hide Code" and your message will be embedded into the image without changing its appearance. The output image will look identical to the original, but your hidden text will now be stored safely inside its pixel data. Anyone who opens the image normally will see nothing unusual — only those who use the Reveal feature can extract what you’ve hidden.

Reveal Message

To reveal a hidden message inside an image, start by selecting an image that contains encoded data using the "Choose Image" button. Once selected, press "Reveal Code" and the tool will scan the image and extract the hidden message automatically. The extracted text will appear in the input box, allowing you to read the secret content that was previously concealed. For example, an image that contains the message "Meet at midnight" will display that exact text after clicking "Reveal Code".
